The Ultimate Party Package.

Our Ultimate Party Package is a great all inclusive option for a small backyard wedding or party. It includes just about everything you need to accommodate a reception or party for 100 guests.

This package includes:

  • (1) 40x40 Pole Tent

  • (10) 60” Round tables (fit 8 comfortably or 10 max)

  • (4) 6ft Long tables (for food, gifts, etc)

  • (100) White folding chairs

  • (1) 12x12ft. Oak Snaplock Dancefloor

  • String Tent Lights

  • Delivery, tent installation, and removal are included in package price (under normal circumstances and within 15 minute drive time).

Requirements

  • 45 ft x 45 ft space required for setup of the frame tent

  • Flat, unobstructed area needed to lay out tent.

  • Free of overhead wires / branches.

  • Please let us know about underground hazards such as sprinkler lines, gas lines, electrical lines, etc

  • Please note, we are only able to secure our tents by using large stakes that are driven into the ground, we are unable to secure either style tent on a deck, pavement, or other hard surface at this time.
